valindo1978
Hi Having a big problem here : I just worked on about 20 pictures in Affinity and another software, as I always did since one year, and those 20 pictures were OK........ until my last picture! I worked on it on my other software as I did all morning and when opening THIS one in Affinity to put my signature on it, it was so dark!!!!! And after, I reopened all the pictures I've worked on this morning and they're all now really dark compared to my other software and when I'm opening them with my regular Windows viewer program!! I attached the same picture opened with the regular Windows viewer program, Luminar and the really darker one is with Affinity. They're only darker with Affinity but normal with all other programs I'm using : Windows viewer software, Luminar, Facebook, etc. I'm told it's a preset but I haven't changed anything between my last and before last picture, I just changed like that! Maybe if I reinstall Affinity, it would help but how do I reinstall it? The update I have is 1.8.5.703 on PC Windows 10. Thanks!

According to a post by @Patrick Connor that capability is restricted to users who have been here for 5 days or more and who have made more than 4 posts or more, so a forum admin will need to make that change until the user makes more posts and has been here a bit longer. It’s quite hard to keep track of these things! In summary, you need to be a member for a minimum of 4 posts and 5 days before you can change your username, but only 4 posts and 3 days before you can change your profile picture.
