Niknub
Hi there. I have a problem with creating a new document in Affinity Publisher. Though I can open and change existing files, I couldn't open any new document. Every single time I click "File" and "New Document", my Affinity Publisher stops working. Only consuming RAMs, no CPU usages. This thing didn't appear yesterday when I was editing a new poster. I've already tried to reinstall, but it didn't fix. Since I just started using Affinity this week, is this problem happens to everyone? Please help me if you have any idea, or similar problems. This is my laptop's systems; CPU: intel i5-6200U RAM: 8GB OS: Win 10 Pro (1909) Affinity Publisher Version: 1.8.5.703 Thank you.
Niknub
As a result, I've just solved this problem this morning. I connected my laptop to a bigger display as I did last week, when I could create new documents, and the "New Document" window showed up. It seems that the window didn't come with the main window of Affinity Publisher when I disconnected the HDMI cable. Then, I moved those windows respectively while it is connected to the external display, I can open new document on my laptop's display. Sorry to bother everyone. Thank you.
