Payment error

Hello,

i wanted to buy all 3 affinity programs. after confirming my credit card payment, an error occurred on the affinity page, so that there is no program in my order list. 

i didnt even get an email until now.

i apprehend that my transaction is done, but i don't get any confirmation mail or even the license keys.

 

i hope you can help me!
