Disappointed & Frustrated Posted November 28, 2020 Posted November 28, 2020 I was super excited today to download your three programs....but I have spent hours without success to enter my information for purchasing. I have tried at least 20 times to purchase, and it has declined based upon "card holder verification." I contacted my bank, we went through several processes, and verified everything. Still no success. I've never had issues with any of the cards that I have tried. Can you please get in touch with me to make this purchase and is it possible to do so with the black friday deal still? I can provide a screenshot of the notification that appeared every time I tried. Quote

Your best bet is to contact Serif directly via an e-mail at affinity@serif.com - the help desk or a salesperson will get in touch with you asap.
