Affinity purchase

Hello,

I bought all 3 programs in black friday but I have a problem, at the end of card paying method, after i accept my bank security i see only this the blank page, also I do not recived any of the program in my affinity account & email

Hi, I have the same issue. I ordered Affinity Publisher on the black friday special. I paid and get the message the payment wasn't accepted, it failed. So I paid again. I got no e-mail or anything and get charged twice. I did send a mail to affinityorders@serif.com and get a reply mail telling they will respond back in 48h. Little bit of a disapointment but I asume they will fix this and give me my affinity publisher for the black friday price.

Same here. I'm charged twice but think they will fix it asap

I have exacly the same problem, I tried two different browsers, and coud not finish the purchase.

Is there any other way to order this  programs?
