After the installation I tried to create a first new document and every time Publisher crashes. It does not matter what I do, Publisher crashes when I try to create a new document. After that I tried to open an already existing PDF document. The same problem, Publisher crashes immediately. Photo and Designer on the other hand work perfectly! Any idea? Thanks a lot! Hi @malcom and Welcome to the Forums, Does the same happen if you try a new document in Photo or Designer? Normally a crash on creating a New Document or opening a file is related to the graphics card driver and doing a clean install of them, normally resolves the issue. malcom Posted November 30, 2020 Author Share Posted November 30, 2020 Hi @stokerg , i use Publisher on a Workstation Laptop with two Graphics-Cards (Intel and Nvidia Quadro). I used your advice in the Graphics-Card-Manager to start Publisher first with Intel-Graphics and that worked.
