I’m pretty new to editing photos and need some feedback. So if a photo has (m) at the end of the Filename I understand it means modified. My question then is I can not place a signature marking into this photo now?

Welcome to the forums @O2bjeepin
Can you show us (preferably with a screen-grab) what you mean by “if a photo has (m) at the end of the Filename” please?
Also, can you give us more information about what you mean by “a signature marking”? (Different people will have different ideas about what this means.)

Hi and welcome to the forums @O2bjeepin,

I am going to assume you have opened a jpeg and wish to add a signature (pasting or drawing it). The (m) does signify the file is changed/modified. If you go to Document > Flatten you can then flatten the image and save it keeping it as a jpeg format. I would suggest you experiment with copies of the jpegs just to be certain that it does what you want.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
