​Change the shortcut F on Affinity Photo

I hope to use F key shortcut (useually I assign F to Move tool) but it assigned for "Toggle between Frequency Separation layers" and I can't change it. (my enviroment: windows10, ver1.8.5.703, Japanse launguage)

btw I checked all page of shortcut but couldn't found it. where is that?  missing the "F".😢

I found "Toggle Frequency Layer" Photo 1.8.6 macOS and it can change the shortcut. but not in list in windows 1.8.5.
