Transparency using the pen tool

Hi,
I´m drawing an area map using Designer. For the whole day I´ve been using the pen tool and drawing shapes that are filled to 100%. But suddenly (although I´ve probably done something....) the shapes I draw hardly show, as if they had maybe only 20% opacity. The layer is set to 100% opacity, the fill in swatches is 100%. So now I don´t know what other settings to check?!

Can you first press the Revert To Defaults button on the Toolbar (grey cloud with a red line through it) and then try drawing a shape?
If that doesn’t fix the issue, can you scroll down to your selected layer in the Layers Panel and give us a screen-grab with that layer selected? (You might notice, by doing this, that one of the layers your selected layer is nested in has an Opacity of less than 100%)
