Missing characters while loading SVG text with "white-spaces:pre;"

Hi,

i discovered an error. When loading SVGs into designer that contains text with style="white-space:pre;". If the text starts with white spaces  the designer will remove these.

According to the SVG specification this should not be the case, see: https://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/text.html#TextWhiteSpace

I have attached an example image that shows the Error.svg_whitespace_error.svg

You can see how the removed spaces misplace the text.
