dalansteiner
Relatively new user to affinity photo. Today I shot a bunch of interior shots and was merging them 5 at a time. The software was running great, but after about 12 merge operations it began to slow. I closed it (without saving the files already processed) and then reopened and from that point on it would crash before completing the HDR merge. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the software, same thing, rebooted and reinstalled, same thing. Running windows 10. details on system below. Any help? I am supposed to have this job finished and photos uploaded this weekend, but am now unable to HDR merge.
Staff stokerg Posted November 23, 2020 Staff Share Posted November 23, 2020 Hi @dalansteiner and Welcome to the Forums, Could you try starting Affinity with the Control key held down and you should get a popup about clearing some settings and 3 options will be selected, if you can just click on Clear. Affinity will then load as normal and if you can now try merging an image and let me know the results.
dalansteiner
the above fix worked great, until I updated to 1.9.2 this morning. Now it crashes every single time I click "ok" after "stitch panorama. A little help please?
