fedx
Hi there, I'm new in this community, so I don't know if this feature was already requested. It would be useful if Affinity Designer has an Adobe Illustrator option, so I'll be able to work on the same project using two similar softwares without doing the project from scratch. Thanks for reading Kind regards.
Pšenda
Why don't export from ADesigner as the PDF, EPS, SVG or other format, which Al can read? fedx 1 Quote Affinity Store (MSI/EXE): Affinity Suite (ADe, APh, APu) 2.4.0.2301 Dell OptiPlex 7060, i5-8500 3.00 GHz, 16 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630, Dell P2417H 1920 x 1080, Windows 11 Pro, Version 23H2, Build 22631.3155. Hokusai
Hi Federico, Welcome to the forums. This has been requested before in the past but the developers have stated that they can't add the Illustrator export option unless they reverse engineer it and they wouldn't be doing that as they feel it isn't right. So as Psenda suggested, why not use PDF? I rarely use Illustrator anymore but when I do, I use PDF's to get things that I've done in Designer into Illustrator and I haven't had any issues so far. Best of luck, Hokusai fedx and Boldlinedesign
fedx
Hi all Thanks for the prompt responses and for suggestions. I'll try to use PDF and SVG method to transfer Affinity projects in Illustrator, since I have some clients who uses illustrator. Have a nice day/night! You can close this thread.
