transparency square on image brush

Hello, I did a dispersal effect with butterflies and it worked (lucky guess).  

I wanted to do the same with triangular figures made by myself, then exported on PNG files before being integrated as a picture brush.

This time it doesn't work like with butterflies : I have a transparent square around my brush that prevents me from making the dispersion effect on the white mask (no problem for the black mask). 

I notice when I compare the butterfly's brush and the triangles' one a difference in "brush tip", the image is not displayed in the same way, yet I don't know how I did the first time to get my butterfly brush correctly.  

Do you know how to correctly set up the "brush tip" to make the transparency square of the brush disappear ?

Do you still have the PNG that you used to create the brush, could you upload and was it a new image brush or intensity brush that you created?

Here is an export of the brush. I add the PNG image that was used. I also tried to redo this brush with the same image, but this time I had the transparency square again.

Sorry for the delay, for some reason I didn't receive a notification of your reply. The above brush seems to be working fine and not displaying any issues, do you still have the other brush available (.afbrushes) that shows the sqaureandr the .PNG that was used to create the new brush?

When creating thr new brush did you choose New Image or Intensity as it sounds like you want to be using the Intensity option.

You are right. I confused the creation of image brushes with the creation of intensity brushes. 

I just did a test and it works.
