Tick Marks Not Printing

when I send a document for print it does not come out with the tick marks. I have checked the box to include them, they can be seen on the file but when I go into the print menu and scale they dissapear, and without reducing the scaler which I don't want to do I can't get them in the picture. please help. everything in affinity works so well the only problems I have is when it comes to printing. colours are wrong, lines across things, no ticks cant scale etc. really frustrating me lol. I work in a design/print environment, no one can work it out, multiple printers all good spec and working, the problem seems to lie in affinity design but if its me, a setting or what, I do not know!

Hi, thanks for the reply i actually fixed the problem it was me lost in a mindfield. I had custom set my paper size to my document size , my bad.
