RM10
Hello, Already checked on other topics, but I couldnt understand at all how to do it. I need to convert some images to one color (Pantone) and export to PDF (maintaining that color) How can I do that in Affinity Photo? Thank you! Staff Lee D Posted November 19, 2020 Staff Share Posted November 19, 2020 We don't have a dedicated Duotone tool/feature, you can create a similar effect using a Gdaient Map, which you can use Pantone swatches on.

Will this method will output to a single Pantone color? Don't believe it will. 23 hours ago, RM10 said: Hello, Already checked on other topics, but I couldnt understand at all how to do it. One method to simulate, but output to a single (or duotone Pantone using two Pantone colors) is to convert to grayscale using the K Only button (dunno if this is in APhoto) or by converting the image. Adjust the curves as appropriate to bood shadows or lessen them, etc. Then apply the Pantone. I'm not able to look up threads at the moment, but there are at least two threads on this method. @Lagarto may be able to supply more information. RM10
Thank you all for the help. I will give it a try @Lagarto, I think that's exactly what I need. Every time I need to send some work to the print company, they always said "this is not in one color.." They always have to convert it for me. Btw, is there any other software to see the preview result like Acrobat Pro Output?
