D. Audirsch
I'm having this same issue with version 1.8.5. I've also re-installed the software (designer and photo). Run sfc /scannow. Ensured Win10 has all latest updates installed. I've looked for a crash report but I didn't find anything. Designer (as well as Photo) opens but as soon as I try to open a previous image or start a new one the application freezes and eventually says "not responding". If anyone has any idea of what to check I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
