Create A Color Wheel

Hi all,

 

I'd like to create a color wheel like the one in this photoshop tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IDTO1LzC_QI.

 

But I can't seem to find my way.

 

Can anyone create a quick and dirty video showing the steps required in Affinity Designer (or Affinity Photo).

Hey true gold,

 

here’s my attempt on this topic, I used Affinity Designer.

Though it’s a totally different approach to what is shown in the video.

 

I used the conical fill (one of the gradient types) for the colour blending inside the circle since

it’s much more efficient and convenient without the whole process of copying, transform and

blending options. Plus you can always come back and change the colours instantly afterwards

to get a different colour wheel.  ;)

Just for fun … here’s a quick alteration, I just created after posting that comment. :)

It’s a really quick way to explore and discover new, interesting colour schemes.
