Debbie G. Posted November 17, 2020 Posted November 17, 2020 Hello I need to save a JPG logo without the white background. So far I have followed all the steps I found in various forums: - I have set the background to transparent - I have selected the objects I want to keep with the selection brush - I have deleted the white background - When exporting to ESP, TIFF, PNG selected to export without background... ... But the white background remains in the exported file and when I insert the logo somewhere, I have the white box again. Can anyone help me? Thanks! Quote
v_kyr Posted November 17, 2020 Posted November 17, 2020 JPGs don't support transparency, thus export as PNG/GIF etc. Further when inspecting your exported PNG file make sure the other app doesn't show it up on an own white background, meaning use some other app where you can adjust the background your transparent PNG is shown on!
