Normally, as shown in the reference image, pressing the key switches to the English and Japanese input sources, but after the 1.8.6 update, it does not switch. Rriver Posted December 23, 2020 Share Posted December 23, 2020 Hello, It looks like the same issue existed on 1.8.3 and the following thread shows how to fix it. I solved the issue by turning on 英字(Romaji) on 日本語 – ローマ字入力(Japanese – Romaji) keyboard, then, deleting the ABC keyboard in システム環境設定(System Preferences) > キーボード(Keyboard) > 入力ソース(Input Sources).
