How can I crop to an aspect ratio but not a size?

Trying to make a macro that will crop something to a specific aspect ratio but not to a specific size. Everything I try forces specific dimensions so the macro can't be used on anything except photos with the exact same size. I just want to keep the width exactly as is and crop to 4:3 in the center.

That's pretty dumb. That is literally the number one most common thing I can think of that anyone would ever want to do with a macro.
