Welcome to the forums @TrisconJumper
If you can show us your drawing (or part of it) and indicate which areas you want to fill then you should get some answers.
Extra information you can give:
* Which Affinity application(s) do you have access to?
* Is the drawing raster or vector based?
* What sort of fill do you want to use? (Basic flat colours, or gradients, or something else?)
The more information you can give us that is specific to your requirements the better the answers you will get.

Thank you two for the answers, but sadly it was not what I was looking for. I have a Vector Sketch from my Ipad, exported as a PDF. When I open it every stroke I took with the Apple Pencil is a single Vector. So for example I drew a Star with 5 pyramid sections. So the star in total exists with 5 different vector lines. If I want to color the star, it only colors the stroke (see Video). In the video I posted in the beginning, they do some steps to join all the vector strokes together to create a object inside the vector lines, which you then can color.

Thats more or less the problem I have.

To @GarryP,

I only have Affinity Designer. The drawing is Vector based (I think?) and I just want to fill with basic colors.

Again thanks for your help!

My suggestion does exactly what you need, so I'm wondering if you actually tried it. Obviously, the Expand Stroke step is unnecessary for your star example.

Select the Curve objects, do Geometry > Add, do Geometry > Separate Curves, select the top shape and give it required fill colour.

Here is a file with history saved in it so that you can rewind and step through the procedure: fill with history.afdesign
