Noise fails to apply to objects

New drawing
Rectangle > select
Colour wheel
Add fill colour
Switch from Opacity to Noise
Apply maximum noise - nothing happens
Zoom in or out and the noise appears

Thanks for reporting this. I've split it into its own post as we prefer issues to be reported separately from the announcement post to avoid it becoming overcrowded and impossible to deal with.

I've reproduced this issue here and will get it passed on to development to be investigated.
