First, I think you have a small typo. You probably mean 1.9.0.820. Next, for any beta, you should be reporting problems in the appropriate beta forum (in this case, Photo Beta on Windows), not the bugs forum. An administrator will probably move this to the proper forum for you. As Jowday said, the problem is fixed in the current beta.
