Staff Dan C Posted November 15, 2020 Staff Share Posted November 15, 2020 Hi @Ivan Kr, Sorry to see you're having trouble. Can you please confirm for me, where has this information been copied from? If the app is crashing whilst opening then we're going to require a copy of your latest crash reports to identify this issue. Please open Windows Run (Windows Key + R) then paste the following string and press OK: %AppData%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\CrashReports\reports In the window that opens, please select the 3 most recently created .dmp files, then upload these to your reply here. Many thanks in advance! Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks! v_kyr
What are ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll Error Messages? Dynamic Link Library ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll Errors Ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll is considered a type of Dynamic Link Library (DLL) file. Dynamic Link Library files, like ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll, are essentially a "guide book" that stores information and instructions for executable (EXE) files - like sapisvr.exe - to follow. These files were created so that multiple programs (eg. Windows) could share the same ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll file, saving valuable memory allocation, therefore making your computer run more efficiently. Unfortunately, what makes DLL files so convenient and efficient, also makes them extremely vulnerable to problems. If something happens to a shared DLL file, either it goes missing or gets corrupted in some way, it can generate a "runtime" error message. Runtime is pretty self-explanatory; it means that these errors are triggered when ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll is attempted to be loaded either when Windows is starting up, or in some cases already running. Some of the most common ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll errors include: Access Violation at address - ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll. Ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll could not be found. Cannot find C:\Windows\System32\ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll. Cannot register ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll. Cannot start Windows. A required component is missing: ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll. Please install Windows again. Failed to load ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll. The application has failed to start because ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll was not found. The file ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll is missing or corrupt. This application failed to start because ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Your ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll file could be missing due to accidental deletion, uninstalled as a shared file of another program (shared with Windows), or deleted by a malware infection. Furthermore, ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll file corruption could be caused from a power outage when loading Windows, system crash while loading ext-ms-win-kernel32-errorhandling-l1-1-0.dll, bad sectors on your storage media (usually your primary hard drive), or quite commonly, a malware infection. Thus, it's critical to make sure your anti-virus is kept up-to-date and scanning regularly. ... and so on ...
