Can t download affinity photo app from the app store.

Any other downnload possible.

I ve bought it. updated my system (to high sierra) Affinity photo didn t opened. 

Deleted the app and reload from app store but app store but it doesn t download.

I did reinstall the system : same problem.

so I tried another way around and I downloaded the trial version from the website.

Of course it ask me for my license number...which I can t find as I ve purchaed the app on app store...

Good news is the app now open

bad news is how can I put my hands on my license number ?

Perhaps even worse news!!  Because you purchased from the App Store, you don't have a "licence number".  The app is, in effect, "licensed" by the store because its purchase is tied to your store account. 

Perhaps you need to contact support for the store and ask them why you are experiencing the download error?

Seems like it and Affinity is telling me the same thing they can t do anything for me as it was purchased on the app store.

Thank you Apple !!!

I m in the process with Apple but honnestly they don t care that much about users that are still running high sierra.

Fingers s crossed...
