Hi All,

I use mojave 10.14.6

Imac 27 late 2012

I added some old fonts to font book, ver 9. a few days ago, and af.pub crashed on Command P. I removed what I  thought was all the added fonts, but the app still crashes on Print, it keeps crashing when i send it to print, even with different or new files... I then imported a file from .Pub into Designer
and this crashed Designer now I can't print from either apps.

can anyone please help.

All works fine on my backup account and also on my Hard Disk 2nd partition.

Thank you,

 Onion

Hi Gabe, thanks for your reply, Yes i can export to all the different formats and use that program to print.

and only AF programs on that account are affected.

while my other accounts (backups) are fine.

Sorry about the long delay in replying,

Thank you

With our apps closed, try removing and re-adding the printer. This worked for a few other used with the same issue.

Thanks a lot Gabe, sorry i could not reply earlier, I was indisposed. please advise me the best way to remove my two printer and re-install them.

I have four Imacs, and the two printers work fine on all the computers, and all accounts, except this one account which is on the my main computer, which also has three other accounts, one of which is a guest account.

so I hope to avoid creating problems on my other accounts on my main Imac.

Once again thank you for whatever help you can give.
