Paweł Jońca Posted November 14, 2020 Posted November 14, 2020 (edited) Hi, I'm not sure if it was there before the 1.8.6 upgrade, because I'm not using Designer for print, BUT I tried yesterday and I realized that the printing window is much different from its brother from Photo. I could live with that, but these options have no sense. I'm using a large printer with roll paper and it was set to 50x70cm, what is the A4 paper size doing here?? Another issue: media type (different!) showing twice. Sure it's related to EPSON driver, but should not look like this. I can see an "infinite" list of all printer features available. Something wrong here. ps. Print options window in Photo looks ok. Cheers. Pawel. Edited November 14, 2020 by Pawel Jonca Quote
Dan C Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 Hi @Pawel Jonca, Welcome to the forums 21 hours ago, Pawel Jonca said: Sure it's related to EPSON driver, but should not look like this. I can confirm in all Affinity apps on the Mac, we simply call Apples Print API and connect to that - so all the options being shown here are determined between your Mac OS and your printer drivers. I recommend uninstalling your drivers and reinstalling the latest versions, or alternatively uninstall this printer, then set it up as a new device, ensuring to update to the latest drivers. Hopefully this should resolve the issue you're seeing! Quote
