BMP files have wrong colors in Affinity Photo

I have some BMP format screenshots from Guild Wars 2 (a fantasy MMORPG). The images appear correct in the Windows 10 photo viewer, but when I open them in Affinity Photo I get strange colors - it looks like some color channels are swapped?

I can reliably reproduce this with Affinity Photo version 1.8.5.703 on Windows and every BMP screenshot taken from that game. If I use the JPEG format instead, everything looks normal.

Original BMP file attached, and two reference PNGs with "good" and "bad" colors.

Welcome to the forums. 

It does indeed seem like the channels are swapped. To get the correct colours, we need to change R>G, G>B, B>R . Issue logged
