why drag and drop file always Embedding instead of making a copy?

its really annoying that when ever i drag and drop some SVG files its always Embedding  files

its just pain to double clicking and go to its windows and copy layers and pasting in document...

you guys don't value your time or what?

 

There should be a simple option/button to do that...
