user_0815
A small thing but it has been poking me for quite a while now: In the "New HDR Merge" window, the "automatic align" feature has a drop-down menu. In German it says "Skalieren, Drehen und Übersetzen". For the last word "Übersetzen" I can only think of two things in German. To translate a language or the transmission of power in a gear box. What should that actually mean? Patrick Connor
lepr
Übersetzen in the context of the HDR controls means to translate in the geometrical sense: move without rotating or scaling, such as when an object slides across the canvas.
user_0815
Ah ok I see. For that I would suggest "Verschieben" which means something around slide and move. Do I need to file a separate enhancement request or can this be picked up for consideration by staff here?
lepr
I expect this thread will be read by developers, but I would post in the Photo feedback forum https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/forum/55-feedback-for-affinity-photo-on-desktop/ unless it is an issue that has been introduced by the beta. user_0815
