narayan1980
Hi there , First of all, Congratulations for this excellent soft (Affinity Designer)!! it's very useful, very easy & beautifull UI. i'm teaching many different softwares for students and i'm seriously considering teaching new software ( although some agencies are not all yet ready ...) i'm working for years in the industry of graphic design and was always looking for something like that (A.Deisgner) but Now ... when i see all the potential of these softs, i am wondering if you're going to do something for video editing/animation like After effects ? this would logically be a good issue for you. i know it's going to be hard but i know for sure that you can truly go further than After effects. Once more congrat , but wht next now ? Jacques Louradour
Staff Lee D Posted August 31, 2015 Staff Share Posted August 31, 2015 Hi Jacques, Affinity Publisher is going to be our next release, sometime in 2016. Not sure what our developers have plans for after that, but it will be something good. Thanks
Pixie Bebop
At least, the files exported by Affinity Designer to PSD are fully compatible with After Effects, I have tested this on different projects. It would be very interesting to see on the horizon a dedicated application to motion graphics design; I get excited thinking about an After Effects style software by Affinity, it would be amazing.
