aymanzone Posted November 11, 2020 Posted November 11, 2020 Anyone know how to increase the space between the characters and the filling? I'm using "Artistic Text Tool" in Affinity publisher. I feel the filling is infringing upon the characters. proof https://imgur.com/YMT1KeA Maybe I will just add a black square but I worry about object creep by making too many layers for one thing Thanks Quote

Joachim_L Posted November 11, 2020 Posted November 11, 2020 I am not sure if aymanzone wants insets on his text box. If yes, use the Text Frame tool and not the a Artistic Text tool. With the Text Frame tool you can define insets, background fill, border all in the Text Frame panel. aymanzone 1 Quote ------ Windows 10 | i5-8500 CPU | Intel UHD 630 Graphics | 32 GB RAM | Latest Retail and Beta versions of complete Affinity range installed
aymanzone Posted November 11, 2020 Author Posted November 11, 2020 Thanks @Joachim_L and @Pšenda Yes, @Joachim_L is right. I think I'm going to use that instead. cheers Joachim_L 1 Quote
