Hello,

The Problem:

I have a big page with litle elements and I will select objects in a zoomed view, because I will see small objects, if I have selected them or not.

So I move the mouse with the left mouse button from left to right but on the right window end the page don't move from right to left so I must stop the selection and not all I  wont to select isn't selected because it is on the right page. Then I zoom out and select on the view there I see the total drawing, I can't see wich small things I've selected.

Thanks for every help.

Unfortunately, it seems that this is a real bug in the coding. I have been working with Photoshop for 15 years and was considering changing to Affinity Photo. So far I was pretty happy with everything -- but this is really a major issue and almost a deal breaker. I hope that this problem will be fixed soon because it makes larger selections while zoomed in almost impossible respectively annoying.
"Auto-Panning" is such an essential thing -- I simply do not understand why this is not provided. I was hoping to find a check box or so in the preferences or elsewhere but could not find anything to activate "auto-panning" (no idea whether this is the right term).  Did I miss anything?
