My Affinity Photo (purchased from the Microsoft store in June 2020 / order #5393188294) stopped working 3 days ago with a message that indicates that I have installed it on more than 10 machines.  Its installed on one computer.  Called MS support suggested to uninstall and reinstall, but now it won't install from the MS store due to the fact that I have reached my 10 install limit. (see attached). I do have 9 devises listed with MS that ranges from my wife's desktop and laptop to my Xbox, but Affinity photo is installed only on my main PC.  Please advise and fix as soon as possible since I like using your application.  Thanks

Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @Swallia23. :)

Contrary to your assertion about the message in your screenshot indicating that you have Affinity Photo installed on more than ten machines, it merely states that ten of your devices have Store apps and games installed on them. That means one or more of various Microsoft Store apps/games, not necessarily including Affinity Photo, on each device.

I think Alfred is correct. The message simply days you have 10 devices registered to the Microsoft Store and they all have some apps installed. You'll need to deregister at least one device.

I understood what the message was stating.  However, that is the problem, even though I don't think I should have to de-register any of my Microsoft devices to bring it under the 10 limit, I did anyways.  Actually, I was at 10, which included an Xbox, but one was a duplicate so I removed it and that brought me down to 9.  I was still getting the error I posted above.  So I was a little frustrated that I had to take an afternoon trying to figure out what was needed to fix this with Microsoft, who then referred me to Affinity.

With all of that being said, I just tried running Affinity and it loaded.  So, I'm not sure what was done. But it seems to be working.  Thanks @Alfredand @walt.farrellfor your responses, It's definitely appreciated.
