Where can I find my product key?

You have a product key only if you purchased directly from Serif, but not if you purchased from the Mac or Microsoft Stores. For purchases from Apple or Microsoft your purchase is simplied tied to your Apple or Windows account.

If you did purchase directly from Serif, you can find your product key in the Serif Affinity Store at https://affinity.store/account/downloads.

How do I download Affinity to a more modern and powerful PC without a product key? My present operating system is quite old and slow.

Then you go to the Microsoft Store on the new PC, sign in with the same Windows Account you used for the purchase, and tell the Store to install the program, which should be in your purchased list.
