Creating a photo book with templates and print at home

Hello i would like to create photo books that i can print with a colour laser printer at home.

 

Is Designer able to do this

Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, Don.

Affinity Publisher might be a better choice for this, but if you already own a copy of Designer you can use an artboard for each page. When you export to PDF, each artboard (starting at the bottom of the layer stack) will become a page in the PDF file.
