HUION Kamvas 13 glitches when using with affinity designer ,What could be the problem ,please advice?

When using the Kamvas 13 graphic tablet  with affinity designer and photo, it glitches continously ,please advice .

Can you please confirm for me:

• Are you using Windows or Mac?
• What OS version are you running (if known)?
• Does the 'glitching' happen in any document, or only certain ones?
• What do you mean by 'glitching'? could you expand on this, or provide a screen recording?
• Have you tried updating the Graphics Tablet drivers?

We have the same issue on a macbook air 2019/2020 with MacOs X (last update before BigSur)

it's absolutly random but the designer crash when we use the HUION Kamvas 13.

Does this crash occur when making multiple strokes in quick succession with your drawing tablet?

If not, what tool are you using in Affinity when the app is crashing?

Is it always crashing with this same tool?

Is it crashing in only a specific document, or does this also happen in a new document?

Have you tried updating the Graphics Tablet drivers?
