Welcome to the forums @Harmony60

If you can tell us what the suffix of the filename is (not the ZIP file, if you have one, but the actual file you want to import into your application) then we can give you more details. There are lots of different things you can import – assets, brushes, styles, etc. – and they are all imported differently.
If you can’t do that, for whatever reason, then if you give us a link to the page you downloaded the “pack” from then that might help.

Also, which Affinity application are you using (and on which OS)?

Assuming you're using Affinity Photo on Windows, open the Swatches tab then click on the "hamburger" menu. Import Palette - Application Palette. Then select the .afpalette file(s) and click OK. For the styles, open the styles tab, hamburger menu and Import Styles Category.
To use the overlays, import and place over your image then (I assume) adjust the blend mode. If it's the product I think it is, there is a link to a tutorial in the PDF file.

If you're using a MAC it should be a similar process and the method is similar in the other Affinity apps.
