JX Coudrille Posted November 3, 2020 Share Posted November 3, 2020 Hullo, JXC here; Having had problems with purchasing 'AFFINITY PHOTO' - rather sad now that, having read your glowing reviews I ditched Adobe - and problems with receiving the licence: I had to send a screenshot of the PayPal page to get it re-sent - I'm now astonished at the snail-like download. Can you please visit the below link, then select 'Run Speed Test' under the Google search, and then let me know your reported download speed here? Only if you are (like I am) using the wifi connection, try an ethernet cable if that is the case. And more than likely is just a temporary problem. I'm in the UK and for me it lasted two or three days and just affected files held on some servers in America and not just Serif's files.
