Alainr
I just switched to Affinity from PS. I used the PS warp tool to help straighten the bottom of textile art work in my photos and still show background space. I am trying to use Affinity's mesh tool and would like to place vertical and horizontal lines to help in straightening edges. I found grid line view but the lines are too close together for what i need. Is there a simple way to either insert temporary vertical and horizontal lines? or else have the grid lines be spaced further apart? I find the warp/mesh tool hard to use but will work on it. Thanks. firstdefence
You can also have Guides, there is a guides manager on the View menu so you can add guides precisely, or with the Move tool selected (V) you can drag guides onto the workspace from the workspace rulers, if you don’t see the rulers they can be shown from the View menu or by pressing ⌘+R (Ctrl+R on Windows) https://affinity.help/photo/English.lproj/pages/DesignAids/guides.html Quote iMac 27" 2019 Sequoia 15.0 (24A335), iMac 27" Affinity Designer, Photo & Publisher V1 & V2, Adobe, Inkscape, Vectorstyler, Blender, C4D, Sketchup + more...
