Staff Chris B Posted December 16, 2020 Staff Share Posted December 16, 2020 It's a bit of both. Windows scaling is usually OK for the most part, as long as you use a 'Default' value. However, Designer and the other Affinity apps do not support custom Windows scaling values. I'm not sure if this will change in the future... If I set Windows DPI to a non-default value, such as 115%, I get a freeze when interacting with Text Styles—what's your DPI set to? Thank you so much for this! I wasted my whole day trying to figure this out , i thought it's related to fonts so i got rid of all my user installed fonts - that didn't fix out, reinstall affinity few times but nope Thankfully this finally helps resolve it

crichmond
I had the same issue in both Publisher and Designer. My DPI was also set to 110% but when I changed it back to either 100% or 125% standard magnifications it fixed the problem in both Publisher and Designer. Thanks for the help!
