"Wartungsvorgang auswählen" I can't set up Affinity Publisher

Hi, I just bought the Affinity Publisher Program for my Windows 10 64-bit Processor Laptop and downloaded it, but I now cannot open it, no matter if I try with "open as Administrator" or over the start tab... It keeps showing me a window with "Wartungsvorgang auswählen" or in english, "choose maintanance process" with the only two options of "repair" or "deinstall". I have tried "repair" a couple of times but it starts a process, tells me its done, but nothing has changed, when I try to open it it shows me the same window with "Wartungsvorgang auswählen" or in english, "choose maintanance process"... I dont know what to do, can someone help me?

Hi Lynnesera,

It sounds like you are running the installer if you press the start button then search for Affinity Publisher and click the icon that appears does the app open?
