[DUPLICATE] Leading adjustment tab does not appear

In Affinity Publisher when I go to Paragraph, Spacing, Leading panel . . . the leading tab that lets me scroll up or down to adjust leading is not visible. It becomes visible if I open up the view extremely large at the uttermost limits of the Leading panel. Very inconvenient. How do I get the leading panel to include the little leading adjustment tab at the end corner of it?

Your linked .png image is not visible to me (broken link). Are you getting a cropped panel which disables to access the leading? Maybe similar to this occurrance:
