skytop Posted October 29, 2020 Posted October 29, 2020 (edited) Installed Affinity Photo and it works. However, it does NOT show up anywhere in the MacBook Pro applications folder or anywhere else. Finder cannot find it. I only have its Affinity icon on my dock at the bottom of the screen. Anyone have a resolution for this problem? Thanks! Edited October 29, 2020 by skytop clarify problem Quote
walt.farrell Posted October 29, 2020 Posted October 29, 2020 Did you actually install it, or did you simply open the DMG file and execute it from there? To install you need to open the DMG and drag the application into your Applications folder, I believe. h_d Posted October 29, 2020 Posted October 29, 2020 Hi @skytop and welcome! What happens if you search for it, either using Spotlight (Cmd+Space by default) or a Finder search (Cmd-F)? If it runs from the Dock, then it's somewhere on the MacBook. Also, did you buy it from the Apple App Store or direct from Affinity?
