Fill shape with lines

Hello to all,
I am new to Affinity Design and would need your help to understand how to create a shape with lines.
Basically I would like to recreate this effect:

Would someone be kind enough to show me the exact procedure to achieve this effect?

Welcome to the forums @Vallo
One easy way to do this would be to duplicate a line (look for Power Duplicate in the Help) and then clip the lines within a shape, as can be seen in my attached video.
There will be other methods but the best one may depend on what you want to do with the result.

I have one last question: If I wanted to insert a shaded coloring uniformly to all the lines, how can I do it?

There are various ways to do that – if I have understood your requirements correctly – but one way would be to Group the lines and apply a Gradient Overlay Effect to the Group, as in my attached screenshot and document.
