Why am I getting grid lines when taking photo from cloud in iPad to desktop?

I am not sure what I am doing to cause grid lines to show up when uploading from cloud from my iPad to my desktop version.  I am new to learning this software and can't figure out how to remove the lines when on my desktop.  Can you help me?

Hi @Allyndon,

Welcome to the forums

Please go to View > Show Grid and untick this option, you should now find no grid is being drawn over your image.
