danthewireman
It would be a really pleasant little convenience to be able to rename layers using a keyboard shortcut. Since the most useful moment for me to name a layer is right after I create it, doing shift-command-n to create a new layer, and then some other keyboard combo to allow to type in the layer name would be great. There are a few threads griping about/requesting this feature out there, so I don't think I'm the only one. I'm new to these forums, so apologies if I'm doing this wrong.
