Claude Belcourt Posted October 22, 2020 Share Posted October 22, 2020 I'm trying to import about 40 paragraph styles and 5 or 6 character styles from another Publisher document, but even though the styles names are there, the characteristics of the styles don't match. For example: the original normal style is MinionPro normal 9 but the one that goes in the new document is MInionPro Caption 9, for another style I got ModernMd Condensed italic 7.5 rather than 9. Old Bruce Posted October 22, 2020 Share Posted October 22, 2020 I am immediately wondering if the fonts are all available (could be turned off or not installed on the particular machine) and if some of the Paragraph Styles are based on others which may not be included in the import of styles. Are you importing all the styles from "another Publisher document"?
