CleanLivin
With my initial setup just 2 months ago of Publisher, I stumbled across a dialog box to set the minimum and maximum DPI for image files/photographs to be imported and used in Publisher. Out of about 35 images in my book, I am getting a PreFlight Error message that 5 of the images are 299 dpi, not 300. Photoshop does not agree, all of the images in PS show being 300 dpi! I want to go back to the initial dialog box and change the minimum value to say 295 to get rid of the error message BUT I have not been able to find that dialog again! Need help as to where it is hidden and how to get to it. Thanks, Jack
GarryP
I don’t think there’s an option to limit the DPI of imported images but if you open the Preflight Panel and edit the profile (via the hamburger menu icon) you can choose the image DPI minimum/maximum, see attached screen-grab. walt.farrell

Can you provide a sample .afpub document and image file that demonstrates the behavior? If you can provide that, a .zip file containing them both is probably the best way to upload it here. CleanLivin
Greetings Walt, I work on a Mac Pro, I've played with it and found no correlation. Both PS and also DXO show it as 300 dpi but Publisher insists it's 299. As I just finished my poetry and photography book, after 9 weeks of working on my first and I expect my last book I decided to just change the Minimum DPI to 298 and it worked. As all of the image are copyrighted already, I'd rather not share a Tiff file of them, but appreciate your interest. Jack

If you could recreate the issue with a small document and images that aren't sensitive, that would be useful.
