I love  the Affinity software suite.

Affinity allows you to own the software they produce and this is why I continue to support and advertise the Serif Affinity products to friends, family, students and large corporations here in the United States.  I work for a world wide Building and Automation Engineering company as a graphic designer and am currently suggesting the transition from Adobe In Design, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to Affinity Publisher, Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo software to capitalize on savings for my employer.   Affinity products  are globally  changing the way I approach my graphic workflow to a easier robust and streamlined approach.  This considerably contributes to a faster creative process.   Large corporations still maintain the need for several options that the three Adobe products have which I hope that Serif will consider in future upgrades.  A Trace feature and the ability to export to industry standard DWG, DXF and SWF formats are what our worker's would love to see added.   These upgrades are what many of my coworker's use on a daily basis with Adobe or Corel.  Many companies, ours included maintain internal intranet links of approved corporate software for their employees to purchase and many software developers give company's considerable discounts for purchasing in bulk.  Serifs Affinity product's are already at an amazingly low price. (no need to discount)   

The developers at Serif are amazing and the company is ahead of it's time and very considerate of the user's who purchase their software.  Just yesterday I was approached by a  graduating 4 year college student complaining that his student addition of Adobe licensed software was ending and could not afford to purchase his own Adobe license since he was just applying for employment.  I suggested Affinity products to him.  He about flipped and was so excited at the ownership concept and was so surprised at the price that he immediately noted the website down on his cell phone and was going to the website as soon as he got home.   

My personal hope, along with suggested upgrades mentioned above are that the Serif company will approach their expertise in programming to include Video, Audio, and 3D application.  My wallet is always open to great software with a price that considers my integrity.

Attached is a simple quick graphic created in Affinity Designer for a client of ours in about 1.5 hours time for their automation display monitor.
